Join us for a panel discussion looking at how technology can address health inequalities by improving the continuity of care, enhancing patient engagement, and enabling a more proactive approach to healthcare delivery.

A case study session will be presented, looking at gestational diabetes and real-life experiences of both midwife and patient and how the technology has provided significant improvement. GDm-health^TM is now available in 44 NHS Trusts across England, covering nearly half of all pregnancies. Since its launch over 14,000 pregnant women have benefited from using GDM-Health, and there are over 2500 weekly active users – and growing!

Francesca will be joined by Paul Fernandez, a diabetes specialist midwife at ROyal Surrey County Hospital and Niki Wango, a patient who has used the technology during her pregnancy.
